Terms of Use

These terms govern use of this website only. CMTAG's service agreements and quotations govern its brokerage and logistics services.

Last updated: 4 November 2026

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of cmtag-international.com (the “Site”), operated by CMTAG International Logistics Corp. (“CMTAG”, “we”, “us”), Third Floor, Unit D, Doña Fabiola Building, Ninoy Aquino Avenue, Brgy. San Dionisio, Parañaque City 1700, Philippines. By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our services, request a quotation, contact us and check the status of shipments we handle. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation. In particular you must not: use automated tools, scripts or bots to query the tracking page or collect information from the Site; attempt to access the administration area or any data not intended for you; probe or test the Site's security without our written permission; or use the Site to send unlawful, misleading or harmful content.

3. Shipment tracking information

The tracking page is a convenience service for our clients and the people they authorize. It reflects the status of a shipment as entered by CMTAG's operations staff and may be delayed, corrected or updated at any time.

  • Tracking information is provided for information only. It is not an official document or record of the Bureau of Customs, any port or terminal operator, any shipping line or airline, or any other authority.
  • It does not replace, and may not be used as, a bill of lading, delivery receipt, proof of delivery, customs release, statement of account or any other document issued by CMTAG or a third party.
  • We do not guarantee that tracking information is complete, accurate or current at any moment. Our obligations regarding your shipment are set out in our service agreement or quotation with our client, not in these Terms.
  • Anyone who enters the exact bill of lading, container number, tracking code or job number can see a shipment's status. Keep these references confidential and share them only with people who should see the status. We may limit, suspend or remove tracking access where we see misuse.

4. Requests for quotation

A request submitted through the Request-a-Quote form is an inquiry, not an order or a contract. A quotation from CMTAG is not binding until confirmed in writing by CMTAG, is subject to the validity period and conditions stated in it, and is based on the information you give us, which must be accurate and complete. Our rates are confidential and are quoted per inquiry.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, page layouts and software, are owned by CMTAG or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own business use in dealing with us. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use the CMTAG name or logo without our prior written permission.

6. Third-party services and links

The Site contains links to and buttons for third-party services such as Facebook, Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger and Google Maps. These are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by Philippine law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that information on it is complete or accurate. General information on the Site about customs, tariffs or logistics is not professional advice; advice is given only under an engagement with CMTAG.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Philippine law, CMTAG and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, business or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or your reliance on information on it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any liability of CMTAG under a service agreement with its client.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify CMTAG against claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Site and forms part of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may change these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Site with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Parañaque City, to the exclusion of all other venues, without prejudice to any mandatory venue provided by law.
